Lighting of The Christ Candle Opening Prayer Shepherding God, we come to worship today in our homes to spend time with you and with others worshiping you. As we enter into this time and space let up take a breath and envision the quiet waters you lead us too. May our souls be restored in your presence and may we leave this time together renewed and reinvigorated to love and serve others as you call us too. All this we pray in Christ’s name. Amen Children’s Time Mission and Service: Marita Parsons Blessing of Offerings and Gifts God our cup over flows with joy that we are able to give. We as you to bless the gifts share today, may they be used to spread love and goodness in your kingdom. Amen Music Ministry : The Smith Family Scripture Reading: Doug Watson Psalm 23 John 10:11-18 Reflection Hymn: VU #635 “All The Way My Saviour Leads Me” (Previously Used on May 3 2020) 1 All the way my Saviour leads me; what have I to ask beside? Can I doubt his tender mercy who through life has been my guide? Heavenly peace, divinest comfort, here by faith in him to dwell, for I know, whate'er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well. 2 All the way my Saviour leads me, cheers each winding path I tread, gives me grace for every trial, feeds me with the living bread. Though my weary steps may falter, and my soul athirst may be, gushing from the rock before me, lo, a spring of joy I see! 3 All the way my Saviour leads me; O the fullness of his love! Perfect rest to me is promised in my Father's house above. When my spirit, clothed, immortal, wings its flight to realms of day, this my song through endless ages, 'Jesus led me all the way!' 636 CCLI#1794364 Prayers of the People Our Father, who art in heaven Hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and for ever. Amen Closing & Benediction Closing Choral “Let There Be Peace on Earth” Let there be peace on earth And let it begin with me; Let there be peace on earth, The peace that was meant to be. With God our Creator Family all are we, Let us walk with each other In perfect harmony. Let peace begin with me, Let this be the moment now; With every step I take, Let this be my solemn vow: To take each moment and live each moment In peace eternally. Let there be peace on earth And let it begin with me.
